About us
These terms apply to purchases from AuDHD Collective. Contact us at audhdcollective@gmail.com or AuDHD Collective, 49 Hemfield Road, Wigan, WN2 2EZ, United Kingdom.
Our products
We offer clothing with standard collection designs and, where offered, personalised or bespoke designs. Many garments are printed after an order is placed. Standard collection items remain subject to the cancellation rights set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Please read the product description, size information, colour options and print placement before ordering. Product images may include digital mockups. Screen settings and the printing process can cause small colour differences; mockups are illustrative, but the goods supplied must match their description. Nothing in these terms permits materially different goods or removes your statutory rights.
Orders and payment
Please check your contact details, delivery address, size, colour and any personalisation before completing checkout. Prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total payable are shown before you place your order.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken. If a price or description error is discovered before acceptance, we will contact you to explain it and give you the choice to proceed with the correct details or cancel for a refund.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking the spelling and content you submit and any design proof we ask you to approve. We are responsible for producing the item in accordance with the agreed details. You must have permission to use any artwork or photographs you supply. We may decline content we cannot lawfully reproduce and will refund any unfulfilled order.
For changes or cancellations, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to personalised goods once production begins. The personalised-item exception only applies where the goods are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised; it does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Production and delivery
Printing and delivery are separate stages. Any production and delivery estimates stated on the product page or at checkout apply to your order; estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a delivery deadline. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
We will contact you if a significant delay or availability problem arises. Your statutory rights to cancel for late or failed delivery remain in place. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently arrange.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an address error or a parcel does not arrive. Any redelivery charge arising from incorrect details you supplied will be explained and agreed before redelivery is arranged.
Returns, cancellation and refunds
Read our Returns & Refunds policy for standard-item cancellation rights, personalised orders, return costs and faulty goods. Sale and launch-price items retain the same statutory consumer rights.
Garment care
Follow the garment's care label and any print-care instructions supplied with your order. Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow appropriate care instructions may not be a manufacturing fault. This does not exclude responsibility for a defective garment or print.
Discounts and offers
Any launch prices, discount codes and promotional conditions are shown with the offer. Offers apply during the advertised period and cannot be applied retrospectively unless stated. A refund reflects the amount actually paid.
Privacy and website content
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Our brand artwork and original website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except where the law allows.
Consumer rights and liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes your statutory consumer rights.
Questions, complaints and applicable law
Email us with your order reference and the issue so we can work towards a resolution. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction. Any mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live remain unaffected.
The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order. Later updates apply to future orders.
